My apologies to GM but I couldn't resist!  I started the Computer Guy in October of 2001.  My background is twenty odd years in corporate IT.  Lessons I learned were to treat every problem as your own until it is solved.  It takes much less time to do the job correctly the first time.  Everyone will forget your name but they will remember that your are.....the Computer Guy!
